2 Timothy 1:9- 10  

9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:

Jeremiah 1:5-8

5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

6 Then said I, Ah, Lord God! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child. 7 But the Lord said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak. 8 Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the Lord.

"Our spirits carry the imprints of God's work, which He had prepared for us to walk in them before time began."

 Romans 6:14 For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace. 

 2 Kings 21:4-6 4 And he built altars in the house of the Lord, of which the Lord said, In Jerusalem will I put my name.  5 And he built altars for all the host of heaven in the two courts of the house of the Lord. 6 And he made his son pass through the fire, and observed times, and used enchantments, and dealt with familiar spirits and wizards: he wrought much wickedness in the sight of the Lord, to provoke him to anger.

1 Corinthians 11:9 -- And when I was present with you, and in need, I was a burden to no one, for what I lacked the brethren who came from Macedonia supplied. And in every thing I kept myself from being burdensome to you, and so I will keep myself. 

Psalms 104:2-4 -- Who covers you with light as with a garment, who stretches out the heavens like a curtain. He lays the beams of His upper chambers in the waters, who makes the cloud His chariots, who walk on the wings of the wind. Who makes His angels spirits, His ministers a flame of fire. 

"Faith in Christ and good deeds shine eternal light on an otherwise fading displays of glory."

Mathew 12:35 -- A good man out of the good treasures of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil things. 

Joshua 7:15 -- Then it shall be that he who is taken from the accursed things shall be burned with fire, he and all that he has, because he has transgressed the covenant of the Lord, and because he hase done a disgraceful thing in Israel.

Deuteronomy 30:16 --  "In that I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep the commandments, His statutes, and His judgements, that you may live and multiply; and the Lord your God will bless you in the land which you go to possess.

2 Kings 24:13,14 --  "And he carried out from there all the treasures of the house of the Lord and the treasures of the king's house, and he cut in pieces all the articles of gold which Solomon king of Israel had made in the temple of the Lord, as the Lord has said.  Also he carried into captivity all Jerusalem: all the captains and all mighty men of valor, then thousand captains."

Romans 10:16,7--But they have not all obeyed the gospel.  For Isaiah says, "Lord, who has believed our reports?" So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. 

Exodus 23:24--You shall not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do according to their works, but you shall utterly overthrow them.
